HELPFUL TIPS TO SAVE YOU TIME & MONEY
1. Remove your garden hose from your outside spigot in the fall. Even the new style frost-free hose bibs will freeze and break if the hose is not disconnected.
2. If you purchase fixtures or faucets for your project leave everything in the original box so nothing gets discarded by accident.
3. Always tell the truth. If your Plumber or Electrician asks you a question answer truthfully and to the best of your ability.
4. If at all possible do not install cabinets or shelving over a toilet.
5. Test your smoke , propane and carbon monoxide detectors when adjusting your clocks for daylight savings time.
6. Check your Ground Fault Receptacles and breakers twice a year. Test all your breakers at least once a year, turn every breaker off and the on, including the main for your home.
7. Keep your pets and children away from our work area. We love them too, and don't want to see anyone get hurt.
8. Don't let little things become big things, if you have a water stain on your ceiling it should be investigated before it becomes a lot of water on your floor.
9. If you are renovating please do not cover up electrical panels, floor drains,clean-outs or install doorways that are to small for appliances to pass through.
10. If you have a good Plumber/Electrician keep him. But if you need a good tradesman you can count on "Take Aim"
